List of Products/Services: Podilsky-Cement produce of Portland cement of various qualities and mixtures (5 variants). Additionally, the company produces slag Portland cement and clinker.
Equipment: The company owns an internal steam and water system, limestone crusher, conveyor system, packing line, six cement kilns (05m x 185m) capable of processing 70 tons per hour using a wet technology process, 12 raw material mills with production capabilities of 80 tons per hour, and 12 cement mills with production capabilities of 50 tons per hour. Due to current demand only two of production lines are in production at this time. The full production capacity of the plant is 3,700,000 tons of cement and 3,311,000 tons of clinker per year.
We are 700 kilometers from Mikolayv seaport, 500 kilometers from Odessa seaport, and 600 kilometers from Chop on the Ukrainian-Hungarian boarder.
Investment Proposal: The company seeks to expand it existing markets and find new distributors in order to enter into new markets. Management plans to further develop and restructure the existing facility. It is necessary to update and retool existing equipment to allow for economies of scale and to allow better price points.
If the same wet technological process is used, the necessary investment need is estimated to be 109.9 million USD.
